We are aware of the ongoing issue preventing players using Facebook accounts from logging into the game due to the Client’s current browser core version being incompatible with Meta’s updated requirements. While updating the browser core will take additional time, we have an alternative solution to ensure you can continue your adventures without interruption.
How to Log in with Your Facebook Account
- Visit our official website and login with your Facebook account: https://www.drakensang.com/en
- Click on the menu in the top-right corner and select Connect Facebook from the dropdown.
- Enter a new username, email address, and password.
- Check your email inbox for a verification message from us.
- Click the link in the email to confirm your account.
- Use the new username and password to log in via the game client.
This workaround will allow you to seamlessly access your account and continue playing until the Client core update is implemented.
